Sleep "Smarter" with your iPhone

In our crazy busy lifestyles, it's pretty common to find a phone app to help you sort out the chaos. Luckily, there are hundreds of different apps available to help us stay charged and make it through the day.

We all know that cell phones work best after being plugged in all night to get a full charge. For those of us who only plug them in to our car chargers for mini boosts of energy, its well known that the battery could die at any time. The same can be said about sleep. If we don't get a full nights sleep, and only rely on power naps, we're likely to fizzle out during the day, without functioning to our full potential.

If this describes you, no problem...there's an app for that. iPhone apps are available with relaxation and meditation techniques that can track sleep behaviors and improve sleep problems without side effects or dependency on medication.

Modern apps can play music to help you fall asleep, be programmed so that you wake up to your favorite song, or launch a game after the alarm sounds to track your alertness and/or grogginess. The iPhone also has all the necessary technology to act as a bio

logic alarm clock to help you wake out of a lighter stage of sleep. The program works by responding to your movements within 30 minutes of your normal wake time so you can start your day with a bounce in your step instead of dragging through it like a zombie. And let's be honest, we're all dependant on our phones throughout the day, so why not let it help us sleep at night too.

For more information about these and other apps check out the link below, and check your app store for availability.

Certainly agree with just what you said. Your explanation was certainly the simplest to comprehend. I tell you, I usually get annoyed any time folks discuss issues that these folks obviously don't know about. You were able to t the nail on the head and spelled out the whole thing with out complication. Perhaps, folks could take a signal. Will likely be back to obtain more. Appreciate it
